This policy forms part of the DMC BizHub Terms of Service.

2. Lawful Business Use

You may use DMC BizHub for legitimate business management activities, including managing customers, sales, tasks, teams, marketing activities, business reports, and related operational information.

You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, your location, your customers, and the information you process through DMC BizHub.

3. Illegal or Fraudulent Activity

You may not use DMC BizHub to conduct, support, facilitate, conceal, or promote illegal or fraudulent activity.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams, deceptive business practices, or intentional misrepresentation.
  • Money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
  • Identity theft or impersonation.
  • Sale or distribution of unlawful goods or services.
  • Conduct intended to evade legal, regulatory, tax, or contractual obligations.

4. Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse

You may not attempt to bypass or defeat DMC BizHub security controls.

You may not:

  • Access another user's account, workspace, or information without authorization.
  • Circumvent role-based permissions, subscription restrictions, account limits, or access controls.
  • Probe, scan, test, or exploit platform vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Interfere with authentication systems or attempt to obtain another person's password, session, token, or credentials.
  • Upload or distribute malware, malicious scripts, ransomware, spyware, or similar harmful software.

5. System Abuse

You may not use DMC BizHub in a manner that damages, disrupts, overloads, degrades, or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure.

This includes excessive automated requests, unauthorized scraping, deliberate denial of service activity, abusive API use, or attempts to consume unreasonable computing or storage resources.

6. Customer and Personal Data

You are responsible for information you enter into DMC BizHub.

You may only upload, collect, or process personal information when you have an appropriate lawful basis, permission, or other authority to do so.

You should collect only information that is reasonably necessary for your legitimate business activities.

You may not knowingly use DMC BizHub to obtain or disclose personal information through unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized means.

7. Highly Sensitive Information

DMC BizHub is designed as general business management software and is not intended to be a specialized system for highly regulated or extremely sensitive information.

Unless DMC BizHub expressly provides a feature intended for such information, you should not use the Service to store:

  • Complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or online banking passwords.
  • Account passwords or authentication secrets belonging to third parties.
  • Government-issued identity documents unless genuinely necessary and legally permitted.
  • Medical records or protected health information requiring specialized regulatory compliance.
  • Biometric identifiers, highly sensitive financial credentials, or other information requiring security controls beyond the intended scope of DMC BizHub.

8. Harassment and Harmful Conduct

DMC BizHub may not be used to threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or intentionally harm another person.

You may not use the Service to organize or facilitate targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, or unlawful threats.

9. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

If DMC BizHub provides marketing, messaging, email, or communication features, you must use them responsibly and in compliance with applicable marketing, anti-spam, privacy, and consumer protection laws.

You may not use the Service to distribute deceptive, fraudulent, malicious, or unlawfully unsolicited communications.

You may not falsely represent your identity, business affiliation, authority, or relationship with another person or organization.

You may not falsely claim that DMC BizHub endorses, certifies, sponsors, or partners with your business unless we have provided written authorization.

12. Account and Team Responsibility

Business owners and administrators are responsible for managing access to their DMC BizHub workspace.

You should remove former employees, contractors, or team members when they no longer require access.

You must not intentionally share a single user account among multiple people where doing so circumvents account security, permissions, subscription limits, or other platform controls.

13. Subscription and Billing Abuse

You may not intentionally bypass or manipulate DMC BizHub subscription limits, billing controls, plan restrictions, or payment systems.

Prohibited conduct includes using multiple accounts or workspaces primarily to avoid legitimate plan limits or subscription charges.

14. Automated Activity

Automated tools may only be used where permitted by DMC BizHub and in a manner that does not create unreasonable load, bypass security controls, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the Service.

We may rate-limit, restrict, or block automated activity that threatens platform reliability or security.

15. Resale and Unauthorized Commercial Use

Unless expressly permitted by DMC BizHub, you may not resell, sublicense, white-label, rent, or commercially redistribute access to the Service.

Businesses may invite authorized employees, contractors, and team members as permitted by their subscription plan.

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy when reasonably necessary to protect DMC BizHub, our customers, users, infrastructure, or legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend access, terminate accounts, limit activity, or take other reasonable protective measures.

Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, or immediate risk to the Service or others.
