Terms of Service

DMC BizHub is an online business management software service operated by Dabe Chua. “DMC BizHub” and “DMC Ventures PH” are brand names used in connection with the service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DMC BizHub, including its website, dashboards, business workspaces, subscription features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a paid DMC BizHub account.

If you use DMC BizHub for a company, organization, partnership, or other business, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for appropriately assigning roles and permissions to team members you invite.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

DMC BizHub allows businesses to store and manage information such as customers, sales, tasks, team members, marketing activity, reports, and other business records.

You retain responsibility for the data you or your authorized users enter into DMC BizHub (“Customer Data”).

You represent that you have the lawful right, authority, or other valid legal basis necessary to collect, upload, use, and process Customer Data through the Service.

You must not use DMC BizHub to store or process information unlawfully or in a manner that violates another person's privacy or other legal rights.

DMC BizHub may offer free, trial, beta, promotional, and paid subscription plans. Available features, usage limits, pricing, and plan benefits may vary by plan.

Paid subscriptions are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

The subscription price, billing frequency, and material subscription terms will be presented before you complete checkout.

Eligible DMC BizHub purchases may be processed using Stripe Managed Payments. For transactions processed through Managed Payments, Sold through Link, LLC may act as the merchant of record for the transaction.

Payment processing, transaction receipts, applicable indirect taxes, certain refund requests, disputes, and transaction-level support may therefore be handled by Stripe, Link, or their affiliated entities under their applicable terms and policies.

DMC BizHub does not directly store your complete payment card number.

Taxes or other amounts required by applicable law may be added during checkout.

Unless canceled, a paid monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the applicable payment method may be charged for the next subscription period.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the price and billing frequency shown during checkout until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.

Business owners may cancel an eligible subscription using the subscription management tools made available through DMC BizHub or its payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using the applicable paid features until that period ends.

After cancellation becomes effective, the business may lose access to paid features or be moved to a restricted or inactive state according to the Service's subscription rules.

Except where required by law or provided under an applicable payment-provider policy, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun.

When Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe or Sold through Link may process or issue refunds in accordance with their own policies and applicable law, including in circumstances where those policies provide broader refund rights.

Beta, preview, testing, and trial features may be incomplete, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Beta access does not guarantee that a feature will become commercially available.

We may modify usage limits or eligibility for beta or free access as the Service develops.

You may not use DMC BizHub for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass security controls, or obtain unauthorized access to the Service or another customer's account or data.

DMC BizHub relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers to operate portions of the Service. These may include providers for cloud hosting, database and authentication services, payment processing, security, communications, and related infrastructure.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

DMC BizHub and its software, branding, interface, design, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the operator of DMC BizHub, except for Customer Data and third-party materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of DMC BizHub software or intellectual property to you.

You retain your rights in Customer Data. You grant DMC BizHub the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, and otherwise handle that data solely as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Service and comply with applicable law.

We work to keep DMC BizHub available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Features may be added, modified, replaced, restricted, or discontinued as the platform evolves.

We may perform maintenance or temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or technical operations.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risks, unlawful use, material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, abuse of the Service, or legal requirements.

Where reasonably practical, we will attempt to provide notice before terminating an account for reasons other than urgent security, fraud, legal, or safety concerns.

DMC BizHub is a general business management software platform. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMC BizHub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the DMC BizHub Privacy Policy.

Except where mandatory consumer, privacy, or other applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not permit a customer to waive.

We may update these Terms as DMC BizHub changes or as legal and regulatory requirements evolve.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
