Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective: August 24, 2026
1. About This Policy
This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how paid subscriptions for DMC BizHub are billed, renewed, canceled, and, where applicable, refunded.
DMC BizHub is operated by Dabe Chua. This policy forms part of the DMC BizHub Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Plans
DMC BizHub may offer free, beta, trial, promotional, and paid subscription plans.
Paid plans may differ in available features, customer limits, team-member limits, business-workspace limits, reporting, marketing tools, and other functionality.
The price and billing frequency applicable to a subscription will be shown before checkout is completed.
3. Recurring Billing
Paid DMC BizHub subscriptions are recurring subscriptions unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.
Monthly subscriptions generally renew on approximately the same calendar date each month, subject to payment-provider billing rules and calendar variations.
4. Payment Processing
Eligible DMC BizHub transactions may be processed through Stripe services, including Stripe Managed Payments.
For transactions processed using Managed Payments, Sold through Link, LLC may act as merchant of record and may handle payment processing, receipts, applicable indirect taxes, transaction support, disputes, and certain refund requests.
DMC BizHub does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
5. Prices and Currency
Subscription prices are displayed in the currency offered during checkout.
DMC BizHub may display estimated or reference prices in another currency for convenience. The actual amount charged is the amount and currency shown in the payment-provider checkout screen before purchase.
Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign exchange, cross-border, or other fees. DMC BizHub does not control those charges.
6. Taxes
Applicable sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other legally required taxes may be calculated or added during checkout.
Where a merchant-of-record provider is used, that provider may determine, collect, and remit applicable indirect taxes associated with the transaction.
7. Trials and Beta Access
DMC BizHub may provide beta or trial access without payment.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, beta access does not automatically guarantee continued free access or permanent eligibility for a paid feature.
We may modify or discontinue beta and trial programs as the Service develops.
8. Changing Plans
DMC BizHub may allow business owners to upgrade or downgrade their subscription through the Service.
The effective date, price adjustment, proration, credit, or other billing effect of a plan change will be disclosed where applicable before the change is completed.
Plan-change functionality may not be available for every subscription or payment method.
9. Cancellation
The business owner may cancel an eligible subscription using the subscription management tools provided through DMC BizHub or the applicable payment provider.
Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
This means you may generally continue using the features included with your paid plan until the current billing period expires.
Canceling a subscription does not ordinarily delete your BizHub account immediately. Access may instead become limited according to the subscription status and available plan options.
10. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, the subscription may enter a past-due or similar payment status.
DMC BizHub may provide a temporary grace period while payment is retried or the payment method is updated.
If payment is not successfully recovered within the applicable grace period, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is resolved.
11. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or where the applicable payment provider provides otherwise, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins.
Canceling a subscription ordinarily stops future renewal rather than generating a refund for the current billing period.
We may consider exceptional refund requests based on circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or other situations where a refund is appropriate.
12. Managed Payments Refunds
When a transaction is processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe or Sold through Link, LLC may have its own refund, dispute, transaction-support, or consumer protection requirements.
Those requirements may result in a refund being issued even where DMC BizHub's general refund policy would otherwise be more restrictive.
13. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a subscription you did not authorize, contact us promptly.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the transaction without sending your complete card number or other sensitive payment credentials.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us or the payment provider before initiating a chargeback when practical.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in restriction or suspension of the associated DMC BizHub account.
Nothing in this section limits any dispute right provided by applicable law or your payment provider.
15. Account Access After Cancellation
When a paid subscription ends, DMC BizHub may restrict features that were available only under that paid plan.
Where available, the business may be moved to a free, beta, limited, inactive, or read-only state rather than having its information deleted immediately.
Data retention and deletion are further described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Price Changes
DMC BizHub may change subscription pricing in the future.
When a price change materially affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and payment-provider rules before the new price applies.
17. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, or credits may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions do not create a permanent right to discounted pricing.
18. Billing Records
Transaction records, invoices, receipts, subscription status, and payment history may be made available through DMC BizHub or the applicable payment provider.
Certain billing and transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, security, or legal obligations.
