1. About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DMC BizHub collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the DMC BizHub website, application, business workspaces, subscription services, and related features.

DMC BizHub is operated by Dabe Chua. “DMC BizHub” and “DMC Ventures PH” are brand names used in connection with the Service.

2. Our Privacy Roles

DMC BizHub may have different privacy roles depending on the information involved.

For information relating directly to DMC BizHub account holders, website visitors, subscribers, and people who communicate directly with us, DMC BizHub generally determines why and how that information is processed.

When a business customer enters information about its own customers, employees, team members, contacts, or other individuals into a BizHub workspace, that business generally determines the purpose of processing that information.

In that situation, DMC BizHub generally processes the information on behalf of the business customer as necessary to provide the Service.

Business customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to collect and use personal information they enter into DMC BizHub.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

The legal basis used for processing depends on the information, purpose, and applicable law.

Where applicable, processing may be based on performing or preparing to perform a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate business and security interests, or your consent when consent is required.

When we process information on behalf of a business customer, that customer is responsible for determining the lawful basis applicable to its collection and use of the information.

7. Payment Information
